      Flexibility to do your job. Some very smart people.

      Cons

      Very much boys club atmosphere. Promotions are not necessarily based on talent. Not a lot of work / life balance.

      Explores new manufacturing options when developing a new product

      Cons

      Poor project timing. Projects overlap and compete for resources. No loyalty to employees. Eliminate entire teams without warning to adjust expense spending budget.
