Highly political and "yes man" driven culture where any negative response equates to not being a team player. Turnover is extremely high, with threats of layoffs. Work loads are barely manageable as employees leave, and work its shuffled over to remaining employees. Poor work / life balance,expect to work vacations, nights and weekends. Promotions are few and far between, and are politically driven. Pay stagnates quickly. Minimal career and talent development within organization; most employees must leave the company to gain more experience or get promotions. Completely non-value added levels of bureaucracy making basic tasks difficult. Top heavy organization with top management disengaged from real time issues. Culture and morale have degraded to an all time low with values a low priority. Profit margin eclipses problems. High stress levels, and unhappy employees. Minimal accountability and ownership with "buck passing". Stockholder pricing and money are the top priorities.
