Pros

Having autonomy as a night auditor

Cons

The job itself is emotionally draining. Youre expected to be robotic. Most Marriotts are like this, with the exception of the towneplace suite I worked at which I attribute to my bosses amazing management style. You dont feel valued there, many people developed anxiety issues from working there.

Pros

Fun, up-beat place to work. The morning shifts start around 5:30 and go to about 11am. It is great if you want to work early and be off work early. The management jumps in to help when you get super slammed with conventions. They offer great benefits as long as you can get the hours.

Cons

I have no cons for this company
