Outstanding sr management. Good work environment. The company also offers very attractive benefits. There are lots of young people making it a fun environment.

Cons

The work can be high pressure due to the volatility of the airline industry. There is always a crisis that needs to be addressed and this forces management to press for more savings, revenue and efficiencies overall and can impact resources.
