I worked in Copa Airlines few years ago as a passenger assistant and was great! I learned a lot with them. I received many compliments from the customers.

Cons

I worked at the night, only time in my city. And it was imposible to continue working there because don't have public transportation that time.

Great environnement to work in. It is a very demanding job (sometimes working around the clock) so Management always expects top delivery and performance. Work is very challenging yet have direct impact on the airline's economy and operational performance system-wide. Successfully combines high-level engineering with current successful business practices such as Big Data analytics.

Cons

Remuneration package could be more competitive.
