Great mission, great culture with really good, kind people working here. Fast growing company with a lot of potential. Leadership "walks the talk" and is committed to doing things the right way. Solid sustainability/ESG focus. Very active Employee Resource Groups. Significant professional development opportunities for employees with room to grow across Cooper, whether at CooperCompanies, CooperVision, or CooperSurgical.

Cons

Significant growth means some frustration with our current tools, but leadership is investing in infrastructure. Also, people don't know about Cooper - need to get the name out there!!
