I had the extreme displeasure of interviewing with this company and all I can say is DON'T. Talent acquisition practices are archaic and they clearly have no regard for the candidate they are interviewing. I had a total of 6 hours of interviewing, which I find pretty excessive to begin with but OK they want to be thorough. The problem is they wanted to do it all in the same week, during work hours, when I am working a full time job all while working around the schedules of everyone that I'm interviewing with but having no regard to my own. There were numerous times when interviews were rescheduled after being scheduled which added to the frustration. After having seemingly splendid interviews with good feedback I then received no response to numerous follow-up communication for 3 weeks.

People might be negative towards you, when you are working on the shop floor, especially if you are focused on your goals. It is very hard to recommend this place for ambitious people starting from scratch.
