Management team is not on the same page, old boys club, culture is not good, morale is low.

The company is a third largest contact lens company in the United State and has a variety of products in the world.

Cons

The company culture is not that great. No opportunities for inside employees to move up the ladder. They keep bringing in outside people for management levels.
