Pros

Before Al White and Holly Sheffield took over in May of 2018, TCC was a fantastic company to work for. You felt proud to be a part of a great company, especially with Bob at the helm. Today - ABSOLUTELY NO PROS!

Cons

Al and Holly are unethical, sneaky, selfish and downright snakes. They have taken nearly everything good away from TCC employees and most of it they've done without telling us employees. All they care about is their own paychecks and benefits, and the "bottom line" - all at the expense of the hardworking, day-to-day employees. They care NOTHING about employees and could care less if every single person were to quit. We are all expendable to them and all they care about are their own paychecks and bonuses. BOTTOM LINE: Do NOT take a job with TCC as long as Al and Holly are running the show. You will be unhappy, mistreated and be working for leaders that are deceiftul, have no morals and are dishonest. NO ONE is safe - they have fired long-standing employees at the drop of a hat and laughed about it on their way out. STAY AWAY unless you are shady, dishonorable and don't care about people.

Pros

This is a great place for Directors, VPs and PhDs: Exorbitant salaries, zero accountability and the only deliverable is subordinate upward mobility.

Cons

Every employee below Director is fodder for culling. Profit is all, until we get caught by the FDA. OSHA, Labor Law, Diversity: 'Never heard of them.' These are the real core values of Cooper Vision.

Pros

Free soda and snacks. That's really it.

Cons

Fake people. So much fakeness, it will make you vomit. Terrible managers, especially in HR. Insane amount of micromanaging. They will ask for you to do something, you do it, next morning, it's been undone. Repeat for everything. You can't blink without a meeting to discuss why you blinked. They want you to be assertive and creative, but prevent it in every way. Heaven forbid, you have an opinion or a different thought process. There's another meeting to go over why your opinions suck. Stay clear. Still kicking myself for ever accepting a position with this company.
