      -Great company purpose and clearly set goals -Interesting work with unique learning opportunities -Gathering point for excellent employees with great potential -Somewhat flexible shift coverage and decent benefits -Opportunity to for movement throughout the company

      In the past, the culture was family oriented.

      Cons

      The culture here has changed significant in a negative manner. Lots of changes to benefits and several layoffs / restructuring. Also, very decentralized company, and people don’t communicate well with each other.
