Great colleagues, supportive, cheerful and helpful. Good medical and dental coverage. Healthcare spending account allowance. Field colleagues get vehicle and fuel.

Cons

Zero career growth, no structured career advancement, poor and bossy management, no performance or annual bonuses despite huge business growth that is the fruit of the employees hard work. Mandatory On call rotation. They can ask you to work after hours or on weekend very causally.
