Pros

Values and beliefs, the company culture overall and it is not just a bunch of fluff. We all believed in it, which made us feel as though we really did make a daily difference every day. Convergint day was the best!!! They really give back to the community in a way that really matters to the participants and the receivers. Training is key to Convergint. Salaries are above average for above average talent. They really care.

Cons

I don't have any real cons, though, another opportunity to grow in a different direction came up and I took a chance. Can be a little clique'y with politics driving some promotions over qualifications.

OKC-Tulsa Locations are a joke!

Pros

The overall company is solid. Many products to choose from. They preach culture almost to the level of feeling like David Koresh is talking to you. Great pay.

Cons

The OKC-Tulsa group leaves much to be desired. These offices are filled with the industry rejects with no other place to go. Customer service is non-existent. Operations managers couldn't run a snow cone stand if they had to.
