Pros

absolutely no positives to say. terribly place to work,

Cons

I had the unfortunate experience of working for [Company Name], and I can confidently say it was one of the worst decisions of my career. From the very beginning, it was clear that this company has no regard for its employees’ well-being or professional growth. The management is completely disengaged and unprofessional. They show no interest in addressing employee concerns or providing any form of support. Communication is virtually non-existent, and when you do manage to get a response, it’s often dismissive and condescending. The work environment is toxic and demoralizing. The company culture is one of favoritism and nepotism, where hard work and dedication go unnoticed while incompetence is rewarded. There is no room for growth or advancement, and any attempts to improve processes or suggest new ideas are met with resistance and hostility. The workload is overwhelming, and the expectations are unrealistic. Employees are expected to work long hours without any recognition or compensation. The lack of proper training and resources only adds to the frustration, making it nearly impossible to perform your job effectively. To make matters worse, the company offers no benefits or incentives to its employees. The pay is abysmal, and there are no opportunities for raises or promotions. The overall lack of appreciation and respect for employees is evident in every aspect of the company’s operations. In summary, [Company Name] is a terrible place to work. The management is incompetent, the work environment is toxic, and there is no room for growth or advancement. If you value your sanity and career, I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

Yes its nice to find a work from home position. Not having to decide what to wear each day and iron it.... with no commute..... is worth its weight in gold! Plus everyone /i have encountered has been nice.

Cons

The ridiculousness comes right out the gate. Or I should say at the gate. You would think that a company paying just $15 per hour would have a rather quick and painless hiring process. However it is not. There is a very large assessment that one needs to get through and a phone interview. Which is where I thought it would have ended. Then you must consent to a background check, employment verification check and education check. When I was going through all that I remember thinking. . . Do these people realize that they only pay $15/hr. They make it seem like we are about to have a job making $175k per year. Which just goes to show everyone that these businesses that are saying, no workers. We have a shortage of workers. . . Well the way it looks from the workers side of the puzzle is that employers got the leash a bit too tight.... maybe more people would get hired if places wouldn't require workers to reveal their entire life just to make some money working for your company. We are told that we cant discriminate against people for employment, well only unless you cant pass a background check. Then we can discriminate against you and its legally okay to do so. . . since people that can pass a background check are so much above those that cant pass a background check. The employment check seems a bit silly and the education check is overkill really. Your paying people to do tasks that they already passed 3 assessments to get to. If they couldn't do the job, you would have seen that previously. Your creating extra work for your staff. . .

Pros

Decent health care insurance, that's about it.

Cons

This company does not care about it's employees or their well-being despite what is pitched during your hiring process. There is no work/life balance and no concern for your physical, mental or emotional health. Expectations and responsibilities continue to increase with no benefit or growth offered to employees who go above and beyond. It' is just expected that you will continue to give more and more. If you want any work/life balance or a place that you will feel valued and appreciated, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE for you!
