Free water and sani wipes.

Cons

Operators are underpaid for vast amount of knowledge required to be good at this job. No benifits, very cheap company. Raises are a joke. Supervisors play favorites. Management comes off as petty.

They care about what employees say and want to hear what they have to say. I have worked for the BPO world since 2003 and Continuum has given me a reason to get excited about coming to work again.

Cons

It’s a new company so they make changes daily in their process daily but it’s always for the good.
