      Free water and sani wipes.

      Cons

      Operators are underpaid for vast amount of knowledge required to be good at this job. No benifits, very cheap company. Raises are a joke. Supervisors play favorites. Management comes off as petty.

      Pros

      Most of the supervisors and coaches want to see you succeed. Most of them try their best to make sure you know what you're supposed to be doing and don't treat you like you're stupid for not knowing considering the training you're given. The supervisors and coaches feel like equals and they are willing to teach you. The pay is pretty good as well, that's why a lot of people stay.

      Cons

      The training is a joke. You learn more by throwing yourself at the calls rather than in training. Asking questions to certain trainers can get you a stern talking to outside of the training environment. You hardly ever know who your supervisor is, some of the resources don't work properly. The systems are always crashing and having issues, it's a miracle if you go a day without a CTI issue.
