Pros

Flexible hours. Good networking. Benefits. Wellness Holiday bonus from any unused hours. Good managers.

Cons

No holiday pay, and no extra pay for working holidays. Underpaid hard workers, overpaid lazy staff. "Easy to move up within company" is bogus because I can't even change positions within the account I work with. I was told I am "too good at doing what I do" yet I cannot get a raise to show appreciation.
