Management is under experienced , they talk down to employees , call them stupid and belittle them ... They allow men to use the women's bathroom to where youre walking in on strange privates (bc they leave the door unlocked and management does nothing about it) ... Managers have put thier hands on employees and "called them out" in front of staff and customers ... Management puts on a front with the big bosses are around , then it's a free for all when they are gone ... Management plays favoritism HUGELY...... They tell you no cell phones and yet management sits in the office or walks around and has unprofessional FaceTime conversations .... They want you to put on a fake smile and carry on through the day , but one manager complains about how much anxiety she has and cries in her office at least 2-3 times a week ... They refuse to fix anything that is wrong or even take a complaint seriously unless it's from one of the favorite employees .... I have worked so hard and put in many of hours to be treated badly , the last time I filed a complaint I was locked in the office and yelled at .... There are a few things I used to enjoy about this unit but. It's now clouded with the horrible
What I can say .. is the company is not horrible , it is just this unit
I'm not sure why but the unit on Durham is where you should go if your only looking for temporary work , the longer you stay here the more it seems like high school with the bullies, hostility,and harrasment
Don't knock the company ... Just the unit
