Pros

I was attracted to Coloplast because of it's great culture. It is performance driven yet promotes closeness and being curious. Since joining I have felt included and welcomed. The people are great. The work the company does is worthwhile and meaningful. I made the decision to leave a good job and good employer to come to Coloplast and I have not regretted it. The company cares about it's employees and recognises them well.

Cons

The recruitment process is focussed on getting the right person to join the company. Make sure you are well prepared.

Pros

If you just want to be another face in the crowd with no leadership direction from your manager, this is the place to be!

Cons

Poor pay, poor benefits, terrible bonus program, no work from home policy. Always re-organizing. Change is good and sometimes necessary, but this place has a yearly cycle. I've had 6 different managers in as many years.
