      Pros

      Discounted lunch menu prices. Cool logo.

      Cons

      Company principles are for marketing. Manipulative co workers: make sure to keep written copies of important communications. With the exception of some employees, most lay around because they're unhirable elsewhere. Antiquated systems and processes governance across functions. Quickly flattening learning curve if you're starting your career. Great place to vegetate or wait retirement. Lower remuneration packages compared to peers. Unsustainable business model, imminent technologies and competition disrupting core cash cow.

      Good canteen although the chef thinks he’s a Michelin star chef and he’s really not!! £100 John Lewis voucher at Christmas and bonus & Easter egg

      Cons

      New starters coming in on same salary as experienced staff members, If your face fits you’ll be fine. Lots of nepotism. No time to even say hello to the person sitting next to you, very repetitive, most of the managers are ignorant and have no people skills. Issue you with stop watches, so you come back from breaks on time.

      Pros

      Ambitious company that wants to push their staff to their full potential. Many opportunities to get involved in staff events. Great benefits package (once you have passed your probation!) I came in as a temp and wanted to stay so I have been trained up for my current job position. There are many opportunities for Secondments and development into different sectors of the business. I truely love my job here.

      Cons

      The car park is a nightmare to get out of at 5pm!
