Pros

Coloplast has products that are truly game changers of the market. The hire top notch people and have a great executive team.

Cons

Executive decision making is too slow and behind the market at times. This was especially true when AMS left the market we needed more TMs.

Culture of bullying from some staff which seems to be tolerated. Outdated products and scripted sales techniques. Never felt valued as an employee.
