      Amazing teams in Burnsville, MN. There are so many who care deeply about our business, customers, products, processes, and teams here, and it's a privilege to work with them (in ALL levels at our site!)

      Cons

      Senior leadership (C-suite level down to VP's) are very disconnected with the realities of their sites, and the impact of their snap-decisions on hard-working teams truly trying to make a difference every day.

      This company will lie to you during the hiring process and tell you that you can have a hybrid remote work schedule but then once they get you in the door will strip it away, run away from this company, they have stripped away everything that used to make it a good place to work.

      Absolutely zero training and career growth. Constantly changing and competing priorities. Expect extremely large amounts of unpaid overtime. Completely misleading job interview.
