The harder you work, the more they take advantage of you.. if you put in months of 60+ hour weeks dedicated to the success of your programs, dont expect a bonus…those are for the big wigs. Expect them sending you more piles of work because they know you can handle it. Your team may care about you but the company definitely wont. If you ask for any sort of modern age hybrid flexibility schedule after years of dedication and hard work they will show you the door with a smile on their face and tell you to leave if you dont like it.
