Pros

Good promo dept. and plenty of documentation to back the company. In house graphic designers is a major plus!

Cons

Downfall is high liability insurance costs $700 annually where as other companies charge about $15 per month. Minimum 5% commission rate now....try telling that to some clients who can list for 4% with another company.

Pros

1. Family-like environment, friendly co-workers and staff 2. Opportunity to learn and grow within the company; it all really depends on how much you're willing to do.

Cons

Management does not know how to manage or lead. But they don't realize this because no one is willing to (or can) stand up and talk about it.

It's a real estate broker

Pros

It is not as bad as it could be.

Cons

It is a traditional real estate broker. They have a business model that does not support the agents. Leads that are generated typically filter to the agents who have the commission splits that offer the most advantage to the broker. Those agents are usually the new and/or mediocre agents who couldn't leverage a better deal elsewhere.
