      I have two small kids and I feel I get plenty of time to enjoy their extracurricular activities.

      As a more entry level individual sometimes I feel I am unable to approach management with ideas.

      Growing fast, making money, really good smart people who work hard, good career opportunities due to all the changes, solid pay.

      Cons

      If you can't handle change and pressure to deliver don't come here, lots of new leaders who we don't see, cross-department finger pointing, not enough work life balance.
