Work is fun, it managed very well, and the job is straight forward. Great facility, clean and well maintained Amazing work environment Great managment

Cons

The only real con is that some kids are really difficult to work with, but that is not really Code Ninjas fault.

Good place, terrible curriculum

Pros

Relatively laid back working environment unless it gets crowded, flexible hours, working with children can be rewarding.

Cons

The current curriculum really feels more like following directions than coding. The curriculum provides what is needed to complete current game, only very specific concepts and bits of code are ever fully explained and little emphasis is placed on understanding how code interacts with the game as a whole. The curriculum is also too advanced for the minimum age a child has to be to enroll, often we have to spend time teaching children basic math and typing skills before starting to code.
