Great company, great values, very humanistic, very challenging, in constant change, allows to explode all your creativity and provides the necessary resources if you sell the business case properly, people is very passionate
Cons
Growing to Manager is feasible, getting to a Director position does not depend on performance, is almost impossible if you are not from Mexico or have a close relation with Senior Directors. People is not direct at talking and they dont always commit with what they say, if you are lucky you will have a boss that provide regular feedback, but in general you dont receive it (altough is encouraged by corporate guidelines), confrontation is avoided (even when its necessary) and you may find unexpected surprises behind your back . Cultural adaptation may be difficult.
