Currently true cloud company, Very good company with a great product as well market leader we were a great team with very good relations and collaboration
Cons
At the time a lot of changes when changing from public to private company I did not agreed to some processes changes which came along with new world wide support's management. i.e. we were tier 2 engineers and we were asked to work in shifts handling tier 1 and 2.
