I've just started to work in Click two months ago. What I can say is that I had more than one proposal to choose and I decided to come because, during my interview's days, I could see children, dogs and people smiling to each other into the Petah Tikva headquarters. Now that I work there I can see that this environment doesn't prevent the people from spend all their energy to give the costumers the best experience using the software. Oh, and I could see more people being hired after me, and not just to replace positions, but the make the company bigger and better. It gives me a sensation that the company is investing in its own future and not just doing the day-by-day business.
