Pros

Pinstripe has provided me with a flexible schedule, good co-workers, and numerous opportunities to advance. It did not take long for me to earn a promotion. I enjoy working with my team and with the members of other teams as well. The company is growing quickly and this increases the opportunities for advancement. I like the benefits package and am happy they offer tuition reimbursement. I also enjoy the paid holidays and two weeks of paid vacation. I think my time here has been a positive experience.

Cons

Some teams have stronger management than others. Sometimes management is more "reactive" than "proactive." There is a lack of truly effective training programs across the board.

Pros

A very modern and current company. Excellent opportunities, if you take them, to learn new skills and develop career paths both within and outside of the company. You work hard, and will be stretched at times, but the recognition of that is usually there.

Cons

Too much focus on growth. Sometimes you are just a piece in the machine, but you will find that anywhere. The industry is competitive.

Pros

I started with Pinstripe without knowing much of anything about the RPO industry. I took an interviewing specialist role right out of college. I took it because it paid higher than any retail position and close to what an entry level manual labor job would have offered, so I assumed it was good until I found something else. However, since that time within every 6 months I've had a promotion and new opportunities presented to me. The company continues to grow and present different types of opportunities on a regular basis. This company has years of career growth opportunities, you just have to be open about your interests with the right people, not just your friends.

Cons

Not much to complain about. Obviously everyone wants to make more money, work less hours and be handed opportunities, but here you have to work for those things (so if that's a con to a job seeker, good luck).
