      Great place to work if you're a Full-Time position, not so much if you're a LTE

      Pros

      Great place to gain valuable recruiting and interviewing experience. It's a very fast-paced work enviornment where the days fly by. The dress code is business casual with jeans days on Fridays. The workload is heavy but not to the point where one becomes overwhelmed.

      Cons

      LTE does not receive benefits, paid holidays and is not guaranteed 40 hours/week. There is no clear timeframe for a transition into a regular full-time employee status- regardless of performance.

      Pinstripe does not possess the qualities of a great HR company

      Pros

      The people that work there are awesome

      Cons

      PInstripe could have been better. There is not a lot of room to be innovative and the management with my team communicated very poorly. They did not provide room for advancement and discouraged employees from branching out. The compensation is no where near worth the way they treat you. The culture is toxic in that they do not treat you like a responsible adult, yet try to micromanage all your 'individual projects' Would not recommend this company what-so-ever.

      Cons

      Compensation is unfair for many-especially those on teams who don't bring in the revenue of others. Work/life balance is missing. Employees can read between the lines when management says "we promote work/life flexibility, not work-life balance"
