Pros

This is a fun and YOUNG environment suitable for college kids. It offers a lot of flexibility with scheduling depending on your team. They offer treats after meetings (Used to be champagne). In theory, the company's values are awesome.

Cons

After a certain point you start to notice the undesirable behaviors such as favoritism and high school cliques. The turn over rate is high. Some recruiters treat interviewing specialist like second class citizens. Some recruiters have the slightest clue what they are doing. Some teams are really organized and ran efficiently while others, mostly those with majority remote employees, have no clue. The right hand never knows what the left is doing. The company will tell you that they promote from within but it's not true. They require recruiters to have 5 years of prior experience and will not think of promoting someone into that role from an interviewing specialist.

Pros

-Staff level (non-management) are awesome!!! I met and learned so much from several collegues! -Company has lots of communication technologies in place for internal collaboration -Transparent with financial results and WINS and LOSSES -Company provides some fun activities: holiday parties, jean days for charity, champagne/mimosas to toast new business wins

Cons

-Employee turnover is WILD. I'd pay money to see that attrition data -Leadership is not collaborative with their teams - my way or the highway approach -No succession planning - what is my next role? Don't expect one. It's either Recruiter/TAC - this is really sad bc you are losing awesome people -VPs (not all of them) will talk down to you and make you feel small -They get rid of the managers who don't conform to what they want - despite them performing - There are some severe ethical concerns with 1 of the 6 EVPs - It is managed as if you are replaceable. There is always another person to fill the role - sad - Management has walked people out of the office in spite - Compensation vs. hours worked is a disgrace - Compensation in general is laughable - Promoting people bc you like them just isn't a solid business decision - Glorified Management Roles - you don't need 6 EVPs... I mean, come on, guys!

Pros

I started with Pinstripe without knowing much of anything about the RPO industry. I took an interviewing specialist role right out of college. I took it because it paid higher than any retail position and close to what an entry level manual labor job would have offered, so I assumed it was good until I found something else. However, since that time within every 6 months I've had a promotion and new opportunities presented to me. The company continues to grow and present different types of opportunities on a regular basis. This company has years of career growth opportunities, you just have to be open about your interests with the right people, not just your friends.

Cons

Not much to complain about. Obviously everyone wants to make more money, work less hours and be handed opportunities, but here you have to work for those things (so if that's a con to a job seeker, good luck).
