Pros

- Knowledgeable staff from the Chubb legacy organization.

Cons

- Cheap: Benefits, Tech, Hardware, Headcount. Anyway to save a $. - RTO: This was communicated poorly. Was given less than 2 weeks to adjust schedule established of over 4 years. Morale is low. People looking for the exit. Will leave the organization even more understaffed and new hires less likely to apply. - Bullies: Never heard so much cursing at staff from management /directors before. - Overtime: Brainwashed employees bragging about how much time they work on nights and weekends due to understaffing / mismanagement. - Disorganized: Always reactive, never proactive. Always putting out fires instead of organizing the department to function effectively. Ready, shoot, aim mentality.

Pros

Chubb is not the company it was since acquired by Ace. Chubb in name only. Former Chubb practices no longer in play.

Cons

High turnover, expect to have more. For a very long time it was 3 in the office 2 WFH. Staff just informed 4 days in office and will likely go to 5. Upper Management does not seem focused on morale. Budget is the main focus .Limited advancement for females. Ageism. Leadership puts who they know and want from the outside into positions. State promote from within but this is not typically the case. If you are over 50's you will get bypassed by someone younger and less experienced. High staff turnover which adds stress to the rest of the team that sticks it out.

Pros

I loved working at Chubb up until now. The way the in office is being handled by upper management is very unprofessional. Refusing formal announcement (actually announcing the opposite two days prior) but spreading it verbally through managers with lack of paper trail.

Cons

I was hired at Chubb with emphasis on a flex work from home schedule, 3 day in office and 2 day work from home. Now they are mandating in office full time after I was sold on this role for the flexible schedule.
