Horrible company no pros would not advise anyone to join.

Cons

The cons. Management are very volatile and stab each other in the back. Hostile environment. Depressing and draining. The pay is not worth it they employe BAME staff because they know they can pay them less for the time and services given. Senior management are comfortable with dishing out sexual comments and threaten workers with the notion of losing their job there. Completely horrible place

Brilliant work life balance, with working from home options and flexible start and finish times. Clear and effective effort to create and more diverse and inclusive working environment. Manageable yet challenging workloads that have helped me stretch and develop new and existing skills in a supportive team

Some processes are still traditional and could do with updating

could do with some external funded training courses. There are lots of internal courses and a specific division catering to L&D though.
