Pros

None at all. Worst place I have ever worked. I left after 4 months because it was too horrible, and the pay is awful

Cons

You are forced to do overtime during the busy season (work until 8-10pm) and not allowed time off sick or holiday My team leader was not fit for a job at all, she had no patience, and would mock me and swear at me in front of the whole team - Probably had severe MH problems No training provided - set up to fail Bullying culture - everyone is nasty and mean, and talks about you. Feels like school

Terrible - Believe the negative reviews

Pros

Very few, in fact after a week there were none and I was trying to leave. If there's one then it's that the folks on the ground are well meaning.

Cons

The positive reviews posted have been done by Charles Taylor HR in order to make the place seem attractive as they struggle to hire and retain talent. Believe the negative reviews which refer to: toxic culture, politics, executives who are old school and not receptive to change, poor pay rises if at all, and lack of investment in the business. The facts are in the business performance: lost Standard Club their longest mutual client and the hope in Insurtech has come to nothing. It's basically a claims admin and loss adjusting firm with the culture of one.
