Poor Leadership and Unstable Company - Avoid
Pros
Flexible working although this is always threatened to be revoked. A nice London office although rumour this is soon to change.
Cons
They look after top 5% only in terms of pay and benefits . No transparency to pay rewards and generally poor salaries compared to competitors. Very poor attrition rate. Company is immature and unstable and leadership are making some poor decisions with big consequences. Senior finance leadership is very weak and uninspiring. No people skills and no desire to listen and support teams. Happy to watch reports suffer with unmanageable workloads and the impact this has on their well-being . No regard for well-being or work life balance . Very poor culture and there is an unwritten rule certain employees “get away “ with speaking to other colleagues very poorly. This company has no direction and I would not recommend this a good place to work.
