There are so many good reasons ranging from the lack of politics, equality of the individual to have views and be listened to. Staff are Empowered and enabled. Failure is an accepted option on the basis of Fail Fast and learn and move on.

Cons

The Building is awful, however the building is being knocked down so hopefully this will be resolved in the next 12 months

Pros

Attempting to be something different in the Insurance Technology space. Very Customer focused approach - want to work in a partnership rather than just "selling" IT solutions. Relatively new organisation within Charles Taylor so very "startup" minded in approach. Good place to work if you want the challenge of building and implementing something new without being constrained by process and established operating model. Very much a "can do" atmosphere.

Cons

Dont expect everything to be established - very much in a start up mode. Which personally i prefer !

Interesting international work. Get to travel the world. US operations are undergoing major growth and expansion of team in Houston and New York especially . Company benefits, pension and medical are some of the best in the business. Competitive salary. Get to work with very experienced, seasoned and qualified claims staff / adjuster. Prestige blue chip company / industry leaders.
