Flexible working hours, flexible to work from home. Very good core curriculum and other training available. Good leaders who are approachable and listen to your feedback.

Cons

Probably a smaller monetary salary package & bonus as compared to ship management/owner companies can provide, but this is offset by the flexibility and training provided

However, we are sorry to hear that your experience was not all you wanted during your time with us. We are a fast growing business and we are making big efforts to communicate our business strategy and growth to all staff. Our Group Chief Executive makes presentations to staff twice a year on our business strategy and perfomance and we publish staff annual and half year reports which set out our growth and progress. We also hold periodic town hall meetings where all collegaues can ask questions and make suggestion about how we can improve our business performance. We also hold annual staff engagement surveys, in the most recent 8 out of 10 of our collegues said they regard Charles Taylor as a great place to work that they can recommend to family and friends. Overall our business strategy is delivering excellent results. In the last five years we have increased our revenue by 87% and adjusted earnings by 98%.

Great people, 9-5 working hours and great social events (pizza Friday and socials). A lot of learning potential and good dynamics inside teams

Cons

Poor salary rates and confused job descriptions. A lot of people tend to get ask to do a bit of everything. Confused strategy and direction with very frequent changes makes planning very complex. Collaboration between teams very complex and suffers from enterprise structure...very cumbersome without reason. Working environment makes you feel your effort are overall waisted. Internal people do not get a good growing chance. A lot of potential that is killed by corporate attitude and politics.
