      As the company continues to grow and onboard more clients, the pace can be very fast, and it can sometimes be challenging to context switch between multiple projects and priorities.

      Pros

      Company has a great product. I’ve been here for a while now and the stability is a huge plus. The company is very flexible with working hours and really respects your personal time, which isn't always the case in this industry. The social benefits are top-notch. There’s a great mix of people of all ages here, and the atmosphere is super professional but still very welcoming. We also have a hybrid model that works perfectly, and the perks like Sunday breakfasts, Thursday lunches, and bi-monthly Happy Hours definitely add to the vibe. The hiring process was surprisingly smooth. It was 4 interviews in total, and HR kept me updated at every single stage and were very transparent. It felt focused and respectful from start to finish.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to adapt quickly, but that’s typical for the industry.

      Supportive Team: The company fosters a collaborative environment where teamwork and mutual support are always prioritized. Work-Life Balance: Management is understanding and flexible, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      On my end I don't feel any downsides of work to share. Is my first year and it feels that a big family took me and made sure I have soft and welcome start.
