Pros

The product and its reputation are excellent, really nice to get positive feedbacks from old customers. Also compensation is quite good.

Cons

Poor Management: the regional Presidents do whatever they want: finance, HR, legal do not have a real say so the company is lacking check and balances. Ceragon is quite old fashion and the spirit is not there

Salary is pretty fair and has work/life balance.

Cons

Raises are few and far between. Company culture isn't the best. People aren't very warm and look down on others.
