Very interesting and multidisciplinary technology. Location is good and work hours are good for work/life balance in general.

Cons

The company offers little in the form of compensation beyond the base salary. There is too much political intrigue as well as frequent organizational changes due to high employee turnover at the senior as well as junior levels.
