Pros
There is no limit on what you can earn. The management had a clear vision for what they wanted their company to represent and the training was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the weekly sales meetings as they were informative and helpful. They always seemed to give me some encouragement when I needed it.
Cons
You don't sell you don't get paid. But this is typical of a any real estate brokerage. This particular brokerage was maybe a little more rigid than most, which provides well-needed structure for someone new to the business, but not so appealing for a seasoned veteran perhaps.
