Pros

Century 21 has a great training program and they are very supportive of new agents. If you don't know where to start in the work of Real Estate, it is important to go with a name brand company. The name recognition is very important when you are a new Realtor.

Cons

They take a chunk of your commission but you don't have to pay for all the extra websites that your listings get posted on.

Pros

Great brand name recognition, friendly atmosphere. The support structure is very responsive and will go out of their way to provide info. The facilities are top notch and provide for a very professional environment for clients.

Cons

You should have a reserve of funds to back up during first 6 months. You should expect to pay for your own benefits/ medical insurances.
