- Great international brand (Multiple World's Best Airline Awards) - Flight benefits (free stand-by flights annually plus unlimited discounted stand-by tickets) - Work life balance (most people start at 9am and leave at 5.30pm with 1 hour + lunchtimes)

Cons

- Very limited career opportunities (all real talent moves to other airlines or industries after several years) - Salary below market standards - Extreme blame-culture and favoritism by managment, leading to a very toxic working environment.
