steady pay check a great source of entertainment at times some room for advancement if you know the right people

Cons

Even when asked do not give your opinion. It 's really not wanted unless it matches their opinion. Management likes to preach team work and that all employees are equally important to the success of the company when in reality if you don't work in a certain area you"re looked down on and treated like scum.

Pros

The enviornment is comfortable which is very condusive to free idea sharing and collaboration resulting in quality deliverables. The work can be challenging which makes the days go by very quickly. Time off is very flexible.

Cons

The pay raise structure is rigid and un-appreciating. Exceptional work and dedication is rewarded with more work and responsibility. The monthly budget must be met which means weekends and holidays are at stake. Work-load is unevenly distributed. Some leadership has no interest in leading and others lead with a microscope.

Pros

If you want to learn to perform different tests/instruments in a GMP environment, its a good place to start. Many projects to work on. People you work with are usually nice, understanding and respectful.

Cons

Too much politics and no room to grow or move up. Company puts a cap on how many can be promoted. Management can be a pain but they have bosses to report to as well. Communication between departments could be better. Health plan has a very high deductible which sucks.
