I really enjoy the people I work with, especially at my P&L. Everyone works as a team to get things done.

Cons

Corporate is heavy on the bureaucracy. Corporate makes short term decisions rather than focusing on the right thing for the customer.

Still looking at that. Pays the bills and work with some real good people.

Cons

No growth ops. Very under staffed. Business Programs are labor intensive, too many steps to get anything completed. Company is totally reaction based. No real game plan.
