Great Benefits, Confusing company direction

Benefits were great. They have PTO for holidays, sick days, dependent leave, and vacation days. Good people working there with lots of real work technical skills

Cons

Company direction keeps changing. They don't seem to understand what projects they want to go after. They change their mind in mid stream. They have project owners and managers, but most are too new. They don't seem to know what the customer wants next.

Cons

Company is too lean with too many processes. Layoffs and turnover have caused the work load to be unbearable. Incredibly insecure and unstable environment, with very little or no direction from management.
