Thank you for your many years of service! It’s always great to hear from a long-term associate how great it is to work for CarShop. This really illustrates who we are- we work hard, support each other, communicate through our issues, and have fun in the process. Maintaining our culture is so important, and this starts with developing the best teams. Like you say, we love to promote from within, so the growth opportunities are there! Retail can be tough, but we try to provide our associates with the work/life balance they need to succeed. We want everyone to have time to recharge and spend time with family.
