Very laid back atmosphere. Coworkers are friendly towards each other. Management always helps with problems that occur.

Cons

Awesome Ride

Pros

I have worked here for 3 years in 3 different positions. I found the position that suites me best is the sales associate position. We have by far the best support from our management team. Many times, employees go un-noticed on positive work ethic but here, management makes it known. There are so many kudo's given. The team I work with works hand in hand together and supports each other. This employer is absolutely the best one I have ever worked for and so thankful for management giving me the opportunity to join in on the team and the fun. Every day seems full of laughs but also hard work..

Cons

I have to say the only Con is the setting of the sun shining through the windows makes it hard for customers to look at the computer when being showed vehicles, figures for purchasing cars, etc. Not even really a con but something I have dealt with.
