Pros

The role consists of managing a variety of daily business and logistics tasks alongside managing a sales team and post-sale vehicle service.

Cons

You’re all over the place constantly. There’s no end to the number of business issues that require immediate attention, tasks that need to be completed and sales quotas that need to be attained. Combined with IT issues due to aging systems, it is a very sink or swim environment.
