      Flexible hours, home based, fun to work, priority hour availability, gives teachers a chance to gain experience online, great teaching materials and resources readily on hand and multicultural ...just love it!

      Pros

      The company is great for me. I can work when I want and that's great with my other job. I have found them helpful when I've needed answers or help. My time so far with Cambly has been great. I meet many people around the world, and students tell me they find the program very good. For me no problems, just great to work with them.

      Everything for me is great, no downside.

      Pros

      It's a great way to practice your teaching skills for on the spot, spontaneous conversation classes. Unless you have a reservation, you never know what you're going to get, which makes it all the more exciting. If you do a good job and your rating is high you can get a lot of calls. The hours are flexible, so you teach when you want. There are no minimums like other online schools. I have to say, that I quite enjoy the work. If it's not about the money, money, money, then this is a perfect top up of your income.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be technical glitches, caused by server overload or bandwidth problems. You get the occasional pervert, but there is a great 'BAN' button to get rid of these undesirables.
